Kimo's KIRAY 300, that measures temperature from a distance. An infrared thermometer is a thermometer which infers temperature from a portion of the thermal radiation, emitted by the object being measured. It has a wave length 630-670 nm of dual laser sighting, 50:1 for its elaborated optical sytem, and 8 - 14 µm for spectral response. By knowing the amount of infrared energy emitted by the object and its emissivity, that is adjustable from 0.10 to 1.00 (pre-set at 0.95). The object's temperature can often be determined. It allows an accurate measurement of little distant target, from -50 to +1850°C.
